Mayfair Witches Season 2--Some Updates

A first look from AMC+ on YouTube:

Anne Rice's Immortal Universe has made a cast announcement on their Facebook page as well.

I have not yet had time to sit down and have a close look, but I do want to share this news. Also, a few things on the eternally up-in-the-air subject of the Parlor's Society Pages...or, "social media".

The Parlor Society Pages

On the Parlor's YouTube channel are some more goodies for Parlor guests who are fans of Interview With the Vampire on AMC.  Let me just say that Sam Reid is going to be great as Lestat the rock star!

On the YouTube channel are several playlists with videos gathered according to their content and, in some cases, also the channel the videos appear on.  Under the Playlists tab, you will find a playlist that is specifically for videos about Interview With the Vampire by AMC+.  There is a separate playlist for AMC+ videos about Anne Rice's Mayfair Witches, as well.

New videos are often shared on the Parlor's Community tab, so be sure to check there, too.

Eventually, I'd like to add a YouTube button back on the Parlor's main website.  In addition, I am considering adding Like and Share buttons for Facebook as well that will be linked to the Parlor's Facebook page

As I explore which platforms would be the most appropriate for the different types of content the Parlor has and might create in the future, Instagram will also be utilized.  The Parlor does have Instagram, and has begun to share some content on it.

The Parlor has also made the decision to idle Messenger on its Facebook page and on Instagram for the time being.  It won't be forever, but it's important to keep it and Parlor guests safe while I evaluate the best and safest way to utilize this tool on the Parlor.

If you need to contact the Parlor directly, the public email address is comeintomyparlor1995@gmail.com.

Finally, the Parlor would love to get started on a very important detail of the main website.  Optimizing it for mobile devices.  The look of the site might change once it's been optimized so people don't have to keep pinching the screen and so on.  Generally speaking, I've found that the more "user friendly" a website is, the more people will be able to use it efficiently and enjoy the content.

That's all for now, folks.  I'm going to go stick my feet up somewhere because it's as hot and muggy as a Louisiana summer in my house (the A/C is having "issues").
